Production 2- Taking Pictures

 For Tanner, the fishing pictures will be of Sofia holding a fish. He will take some of her in action and videos to screen shot, these will be close up angle and long shot. Aidan will be taking picture of his person golfing in a long shot and far away. I will be taking pictures from the ground up and some close ups. Lastly, Collin will be taking some action shots of dance. For the fishing pictures we will need a fishing pole and the boat. Golfing pictures will need golf balls and a golf club. The dance pictures won't need anything, but the basketball pictures will need a basketball and a hoop. We will need swimsuits, dance clothes, golf clothes and basketball attire. We just need the members in our group to be there taking pictures so that is all the personal we need.  After we take these pictures, if we forgot a specific picture we wanted to take when we were taking them that would make an impact in our magazine, we would pick another day to go out and take pictures in different outfits we deiced would make the magazine look even better. We would then upload these pictures into InDesign and play around with the tools and make our magazine look amazing.

 I have met up with my friend who plays basketball and asked them some questions that I can include in my feature article. I asked them questions about playing basketball as a women and if there have been any unusual struggles. My friend Kenzie plays basketball and over break I met up with her to take some pictures of her in action. I asked her questions including "What is it like being a young female athlete?" and "What has been a motivation factor in your journey as an athlete?" I recorded her answers and I am going to include them in my feature article. Kenzie put on her basketball uniform so I could take some pictures of what she does. I took some action pictures and some still pictures to showcase throughout my magazine, including some simple pictures of the basketball and hoop so I can make my magazine very fun and interesting. Post-Production 1- Rearranging

 After presenting and getting feedback on our magazine we decided to change some things up to make it perfect. All of our edits to our magazine took place in InDesign where we had the tools to make changes possible. We all changed the background color so that it was all blue, made sure the fonts were the same and the same color. We decided on the font Engravers MT and changed them all to a dark blue. We changed the text bubbles on the cover page to the shape of something in our sport. For example, Aidan used the ellipse tool to create circles for golf balls, I did circles for basketballs and Collin used the pencil tool to draw a ballet shoe for dance. We did the same layout for the cover page, content page and feature articles but rearranged them so that they all look similar. We took better pictures for our magazine to make them look even better.
