Mrs. Air Jordan ..........................

Kenzie Najjar is a junior at Sarasota High School in the AICE Program. Kenzie is in several clubs at the school and participates in basketball outside of school. I met up with Kenzie over winter break on December 27th to ask her some questions. Kenzie has played basketball since she was 5 years old. She had a major injury to her knee when she was about 10. This injury put a devastating pause to her sport. After several months off and months of physical therapy, she has been back and better than ever. Kenzie was on the team that every girl player dreamed about. They won serval tournaments and championships. She loves this sport and wants to use her knowledge to teach to younger kids not only basketball skills, but teamwork, dedication and competitive skills.
